Experience guided practices including meditation, mindful communication, and energy work. Our instructor will guide you through practices designed to awaken your senses, to connect deeper with your life-force energy and to say Yes to Love and Liberation.
Level of practice: Suitable for everyone, whether you are new to Tantra or looking to deepen your practice.
