Open-level Acroyoga with Nathan and Lilli

If you are interested in experiencing the art of flying or basing in acroyoga, this workshop is for you!  Please join us for a playful, open-level workshop on the graceful movement style of acroyoga. We will focus on introductory acroyoga that will be accessible to beginners and experienced yogis alike.

The workshop will begin with partner warm-ups before introducing fundamental acroyoga techniques. We will then explore a dynamic acroyoga flow before finishing with gentle therapeutics to cool down the nervous system.
